Staples Promo Product Pages UI/UX
Redesign of the e-commerce product pages for Staples Promo.
User research showed that our audience was mostly purchasing for the work organizations and liked to have a sense of validation that they were making a good investment. User studies of our website also showed that our transactional pages lacked personality and fun. 
Using our new brand identity, the research conducted, and watching numerous user sessions to identify areas of frustration I redesigned the product page with new brand elements, a clean structure and improved hierarchy, and added personality. 
The interaction of the speech bubbles after a timed delay give the user a sense of validation that they are making a good choice with added office personality throughout the page such as changing the 'logo upload' to the 'file cabinet' to store uploaded logos for later use.
